Word Maze Word Search is a novel spin on the genre that takes you on an intriguing adventure over a grid of letters. You are given a letter grid (the labyrinth) and a list of words to discover. Words may be ordered horizontally (→ ←), vertically (↑ ↓), and diagonally (↖ ↗ ↘ ↙). Your job is to click and drag or swipe over the letters to create the proper words from the list. When a word is located, it is highlighted on the grid, and the associated item on the word list is marked as finished. The game ends once you have found all the words on the list. Easy is the default option, an easy level to get used to the game. The grid is of size 8×8 and has 5–8 words to locate. Words appear only horizontally and vertically, making it easy for beginners to spot them.
The Medium mode increases the difficulty with a 10×10 or 12×12 grid and approximately 10–15 words. Words may also be arranged diagonally, which takes more visual focus than horizontal or vertical arrangements.
In Challenge mode, the board is bigger, ranging from 15×15 to 20×20, and there are more than 20 words to locate. Words may come from every direction, including backward, which can significantly impede cognitive skills and focus.

Challenge mode is the most difficult level, featuring a time limit for each round. The grid may change dynamically, and results are ranked based on score and completion time.
